In mid-2025 we began assembling independent appointment setters to drum up warm appointments for members of our service, which are available on the Hot Lead Marketplace for purchase.
Calling Details
All leads are called using our system, and served in a manner that prevents a caller from being able to target a particular industry, size, or region as we want this marketplace to be as broad as possible. Presently we are limiting the states available for calling due to limited capacity and will add more as it becomes possible. We currently set the date range at 80-110 days from renewal insuring there is enough time to get things done.
The contents of the call are simple, if there is interest for an alternative quote on their insurance renewal, we are securing an opportunity with a defined date and time for an agent to call them back to begin the process. The callers must clearly state intent, and there must be acknowledgement from the prospect that information gathering is a big part of the process.
Appointment Details
Appointments are scheduled as phone appointments. In addition to the caller's notes, they will also provide you with a date and time (either approximate or exact depending on the nature of the call) to follow up. The caller's first name is available for you to reference as well.

The fastest way to ruin an opportunity is to jump all over the prospect the second you get the lead. Read the notes, check the date/time and make contact accordingly.

Your feedback will help improve our callers. A negative rating will initiate a review, and depending on the contents and if found valid will be refunded as credit for another purchase.
Pricing
We are pricing these leads based on the estimated size of the account. This is based on reported data like WC premium when available and/or information gathered from the call such as number of employees, approximate payroll, etc.
