Insights

Retirement Plan benchmarking has rolled out Q4 of 2026. Every Plan Score provides a grading system ranging from 1 to 100 and is based on rate of return, average account balance, participation rate, loan usage and contribution growth, compared against the rest of the market.
You'll also see Fees, including hidden ones: direct administrative expenses, indirect compensation reported on Schedule C, total fees as a percentage of assets, and who is being paid through revenue sharing.
There are 15 red flags that display and are also searchable. This includes things like a plan terminating, corrective distributions, loans in default, prohibited transactions, late contributions, etc.
Benchmarking

Benchmarking compares the plan to similar employers (industry, state, size). You can also benchmark it against one of your own saved searches using the drop down box in the upper right. Benchmarking is a percentile representation of the most relevant factors to the plan - rate of return, balance, participation and fees as a percentage of assets. Found at the bottom of the Insights tab.
Financials

The financials section includes current filing highlights with a historical view of total assets and return, and Employer/Employee contribution breakdowns with participant count.
